Jinan Eagle CNC Machine Co., Ltd (briefly JEM), located in Jinan city, Shandong Province, China, was founded in 2003. It is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing of Cut to Length Line, Slitting Line, Rotary Shear, Slitting and Cut to Length Combined Line, Leveling Machine, Tension Leveler and so on. Our products are widely used in transfomer, motor, household appliance, automobiles, hardware, steel industries, etc. It can be used for processing cold and hot rolled steell, carbon steel, galvanized steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, pre-painted steel, aluminium, copper and other metals. Currently, there are 200 employees in our company. We are fortunate to have a staff of experienced, skilled and dedicated people in every department. Moreover, most of them have been engaged in this field for many years. They are also the earliest engineer team in China to research and develop CTL, Slitter, Rotary Shear and Leveling Machines. JEM has its own workshop of 12 000 sq. meters. A complete set of efficient testing, calibrating and assembly equipment, precision machining tools, modern CAD, CAE technology, together with the integration of qualuty control system, ensure the high quality and performance of our machinery. Aided by CAD and CAE technologies, we've inplement detailed inspection and testing every of component of our products. As a result of our commitment to quality, all of our CNC machines have obtained ISO9001 and CE certificates. In addition, we use bulk-purchasing and efficient management to keep our production costs low.
